Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LYR Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read the guidelines carefully before sending any items back.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
Final sale items (including clearance, limited edition drops, and personalized products) are non-returnable.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at customerservice@lyrclothing.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll send return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
- Ship the item back to us using the address we provide.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LYR Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund instead. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
